Parents were turning to unreliable sources for pediatric guidance. Dr. Rashkova needed a platform that was both authoritative and easy to navigate - one that reflected her medical expertise rather than generic health content.

We built a custom full-stack platform on React Router 7 and Cloudflare Workers, organising her content into five clear categories: children's diseases, immunizations, child development, nutrition, and emergency conditions. Every article is indexed by age group so parents can find relevant guidance quickly.

The standout feature is a custom AI integration that monitors published content over time. As medical guidelines change, the system automatically flags articles that may need review - keeping the platform accurate without requiring Dr. Rashkova to manually audit every post.

One of the core challenges in pediatric health content is relevance - advice for a newborn differs vastly from guidance for a five-year-old. Every article on the platform is tagged by age group, so parents can filter content directly relevant to their child's stage of development.

Whether a parent is looking for feeding advice for a 6-month-old or understanding vaccination schedules for a school-age child, the age-based navigation cuts through the noise and surfaces exactly what they need.

An immunization calendar parents can actually use

Bulgaria's national immunization schedule is officially published but notoriously hard to navigate. We built a clear, structured calendar that breaks down every required and recommended vaccine by age - with plain-language explanations of what each vaccine protects against and what parents should expect.

Rather than a static table, the calendar is woven into the broader content system, linking to related articles so parents can go as deep as they need.
